Nanka Clothing primarily identifies as 'Ready to Wear' or 'Pret a Porter'. This means that our products are made for the general market and sold on our website or through stores. In other words ready to grab 'off the racks'.

Occasionally, Nanka Clothing will design and manufacture clothes specific to a client's requirements and measurements. In other words couture. However, this option is very limited to special circumstances. Book an online appointment to 'Meet with Ella' for more on this.

Due to the onset of the COVID 19 virus and the multiple variances thereafter, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, we are happy to assist with alterations and replacements, upon review, of damaged products caused by Nanka Clothing.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the continental US. There is a $10 flat shipping rate for orders below $100. 

Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the U.S. Expedited 2-day and overnight options are also available for an additional fee. 

Yes, you can track your order by logging into your client account on this website or by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

We use the generic American size format of S,M,L,XL with select items available in XS and XXL. Please seek expert help to determine accurate size before placing an order. Refer to the Nanka Clothing size chart listed in the next section as a guide. Please note that this document should only serve as a guide or estimate and not an exact measure of client size. 

We offer very limited customization services. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

We do our best to restock popular items when new shipments arrive. However, many items  are limited editions. 

Generally, we respond to emails within 1-2 business days.
Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm MST. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. 

No, we do not offer wholesale. Please contact customer service on maximum order quantities beyond stock listed on our website.
